Use Telegram for connected messages and channel posts with the correct sender.

- Receive supported messages in the shared inbox and reply through the conversation's pinned identity.
- Connect multiple Telegram accounts or bots and choose the correct profile for new work.
- Publish and schedule supported channel messages with HTML or Markdown parsing, link-preview, silent-notification, and protected-content controls.
- Edit eligible published message text or media captions, unpublish supported targets, cancel scheduled work, and retry failures.
- Use limited channel and inbox analytics where data is available.
Connect
- Open Social Home → Connections, choose Telegram and authorize the exact profile.
- Give it a clear name and choose a primary profile for new work.
- Confirm its permissions and connection state. Existing conversations keep their pinned sender; select the exact profile for publishing, templates, broadcasts and automations.
Reconnect the same profile when permissions expire. Before replacement or disconnection, reassign scheduled posts and check active senders.
Daily steps
- Connect each bot or account and label it by purpose and audience.
- For support, wait for an eligible user context where Telegram policy requires prior contact.
- For publishing, choose parse mode carefully and preview escaped characters, links, and media captions.
- Use silent notifications for low-urgency updates and protected content only when it matches the audience promise.
- Track inbox resolution and channel outcomes separately because analytics coverage is limited.
Use Inbox for supported interactions and Publishing for drafts, review and scheduling.
Analytics
Telegram analytics are limited in Replify. Use available publishing and inbox outcomes, delivery context, response speed, and resolution rather than expecting the same profile insight depth as Instagram or YouTube.
Open Social analytics, select the exact profile and period, then sync. Compare trends within that profile; network metric definitions differ.
Limits
- New outbound messaging can require prior user contact or another eligible context.
- External post synchronization is not available for Telegram.
- Scheduling, validation, and analytics are limited by Telegram account and bot capabilities.
- Published edits change text or caption, not the existing media.
