Review analytics

  1. Open Social analytics.
  2. Select the exact connected profile, then the period. Sync after connection/reconnection and before a review.
  3. Choose a view:
    • Posting analytics: reach, impressions, views, engagement, clicks, saves, shares, followers and top posts.
    • Inbox analytics: volume, ownership, response and resolution.
    • Advanced analytics: daily performance, best posting times, content lifespan, frequency, follower growth, timelines and eligible audience/account insights.
  4. Compare a consistent period within the same profile. Seven days can help investigate an incident; 28–30 days often suit a recurring review.
  5. Choose one next step: change content, timing, response ownership or a follow-up workflow. Export analytics JSON when needed.

Check before drawing conclusions

  • Availability depends on network permissions, account type, add-ons and allowed date range. Missing data is not zero.
  • Instagram can expose account/audience insights; YouTube watch time/subscribers/audiences; LinkedIn organization metrics; TikTok eligible account activity.
  • Networks define views, reach and engagement differently. Cross-channel reach does not mean unique people.
  • Local Inbox summary totals cover the selected range; detailed charts have an interactive limit. A partial-detail warning means you should narrow the range.
  • Check the as of time and provider scope. Do not infer paid sales or attribution from engagement alone.
