Google Calendar and Meet are optional. Google sign-in alone does not connect your appointment calendar.
Connect
- Open Workspace settings → Appointments → Google Calendar, or appointment settings from the schedule header.
- Select Connect Google Calendar. Review the Google data-use and OpenAI-processing disclosure, select the consent box and choose Agree and continue to Google. Cancel to leave Calendar disconnected.
- Complete Google authorization. Replify returns to where you started, including the schedule settings dialog.
- Choose a writable Appointment calendar. A sole calendar is selected automatically.
- Calendar selection enables synchronization and, on compatible calendars, Meet by default.
- Review Appointment sync, Google Meet links and Last synced. Use Sync now to refresh status.
The disclosure covers account email, calendars, availability and events. AI appointment features may send relevant synchronized times, availability results and Meet links to OpenAI's paid API. Google data and derived data are not used to train general-purpose AI models; optional OpenAI training-data sharing is disabled. Disabled response storage does not mean Zero Data Retention. Read the linked Privacy Policy before agreeing.
Change or disconnect
- Use Manage Google Calendar connection → Reconnect even when sync is off; review and agree to the disclosure again. Closing it does not reconnect or disconnect an existing account. Refresh beside the calendar field reloads writable calendars.
- Toggle Google Meet links without disabling Calendar sync. The saved choice survives refresh, calendar changes and reconnection.
- Turning Meet off stops new links and cancels queued Meet reminders; upcoming appointments synchronized afterward have no Meet link.
- Turning it on requires a ready compatible calendar and resynchronizes upcoming appointments with Meet.
- Disconnect requires confirmation, disables sync/Meet and leaves existing Google events in place.
Meet links are available from booking details or the Google event and do not require WhatsApp or a template. WhatsApp reminders are configured separately.
Connection trouble
- Failed, cancelled or expired authorization: start a new connection.
- No calendars: create a writable calendar in Google, then refresh. Load failure: choose Try again.
- “Google hasn’t verified this app”: contact platform support about the pending Calendar permission review. Booking can continue without Google.
