Book, find or change an appointment with AI

Choose real slots, confirm bookings and safely correct an appointment request.

Book an appointment

  1. Tell AI the service and date, or ask for the nearest appointment. If the service is unclear, it asks rather than choosing the first one.
  2. Review actual free times. A preferred time appears first without hiding alternatives; option numbers above 9 also work.
  3. Select a number or matching time.
  4. Review the service, full date, time and timezone, then explicitly confirm. Staff-review services remain pending.

A request without a date can offer the earliest available day. The first nearest search checks up to 14 calendar days, within service limits. If empty, review the checked range and ask for later dates or another service. Dates outside the booking window are not described as fully booked.

Find or change a booking

  1. Identify it by customer, mobile, email, service, date or booking ID. If several match, select the exact booking.
  2. Ask to reschedule and give a new date, or ask for the nearest opening.
  3. Choose a new free slot and confirm. Cancellation also requires confirmation of the exact booking.
  • Correcting the service/date refreshes availability; unavailable dates clear older choices.
  • Expired or newly occupied slots need fresh selection and confirmation.
  • Stopping an unfinished change keeps the existing booking. You can ask unrelated questions while a change is pending.
  • Another appointment on the same date needs a separate free slot.

Access and meeting details

Customer AI can access only that customer's bookings. Authorized dashboard/paired merchant requests stay within the selected workspace; staff approval, completion and no-show require the appropriate authority and action approval.

Ask for your Meet link or reminder time. AI reads the saved booking and reports the actual ready, pending, failed or unavailable state. A different phone number does not unlock someone else's appointments.
