Connect a business-owned account to the correct workspace.
Connect and check
- Open WhatsApp → Connections for WhatsApp, or Social Home → Connections for other channels.
- Choose the provider and complete its secure authorization. Select only the accounts and assets you intend to operate.
- Return to Replify and confirm the connection is active.
- Send a safe inbound message and permitted reply. Check the inbox, sender, owner and delivery status.
- For publishing, validate a draft before scheduling a real post.
Before connecting
- Confirm the connecting user has the provider permissions.
- For WhatsApp, check the number, business account, approved templates and customer consent.
- Decide who handles expired permissions and reconnection.

Connection stopped?
Check provider permissions, account ownership, usage limits and the connection status. Reconnect the same account through Replify. Never paste provider tokens into notes or chat.
