Dashboard AI works without WhatsApp. Pairing is for private merchant work by the assigned workspace administrator.
Verify your number
- Open AI Home → Settings → My access and notifications.
- Under Your Assistant on WhatsApp, check the workspace, Your notification & chat number and Assistant sends from.
- Enter a number you control with + and country code, then choose Verify number. It does not need to be a connected business channel.
- Copy the exact message or choose Open WhatsApp to send. Send it yourself from that number within 10 minutes; opening WhatsApp does not send it.
- Use Check status to confirm verified. Pending verification also refreshes while the page is visible.
- If asked, reply 1 for Arabic or 2 for English to the bilingual welcome.
Your first pairing asks for Arabic or English and saves the choice. Notices and ambiguous input use it; a clearly different message or explicit chat-language request takes priority for that request, its approval and its result. A template’s audience language stays separate. Approval buttons do not change your language choice.
Change or recover pairing
- An identical verified number stays verified after refresh. Use Change my number only for a different recipient.
- Keep the code private. It is not restored when you leave; Get a new code replaces it. If already sent, check status first.
- An expired code needs replacement. A failed refresh shows the last loaded state, not a new verification.
- Pairing is specific to the workspace, administrator and sender. Sender changes can require verification again.
- Before the complete operations release, one admin binding is active per workspace; reassignment cancels old pending work and needs pairing again.
Pairing does not enable reports or alerts. Approve those separately. Dashboard work stays on the dashboard; WhatsApp work may also appear there. Authorized platform/agency impersonation can manage setup on a workspace admin's behalf without exposing private chats.
